According to our customers' feedback, we suggest customer to follow the below instruction in order to avoid product damage.
The step before use of humidifier:
1. Twist the top of the humidifier by the counterclockwise direction to take off the filter wick .Leave the filter wick (cotton stick) in water for 2-3 minutes, make sure the filter wick is completely wet.
2.Install the drenched filter wick into the humidifier
3.Place the humidifier in the given cup or other container you wish to
4.Plug the USB cable in the computer or power bank (red light is on), and then press the switch to turn the humidifier on (blue light is on)
5.Long time dry-running of the humidifier could cause damages. To avoid this, please add water or turn the humidifier off in time

1.Before turning on the humidifier,whatever it is the first use or not used for a long time, make sure the filter wick is wet thorough (Very important)
2.Adding essential oil is not suggested because it may damage the product
3.Replace the filter wick every 3 months
4.The capacity of the bottle decide the working time of the humidifier.
