Recommended max tension is suggested on the resistance chart, we suggest stretching the bands no more than 1.5x the unstretched length.
Care Instructions
Resistance bands can be cleaned with a damp cloth only, never soak in water or wash with abrasive cleaners. Always inspect this product before use and make sure there are no cuts or damage to the band.
