Folks like to know what goes into their food. We have made jerky with many types of meat. We provide a DIY seasoning kit for people who like to make jerky their own way. Our Teriyaki seasoning kit is a very traditional teriyaki blend. We don't use as much sugar as a lot of folks, so it's definitely not a sweet teriyaki, but it's not spicy. Like all our flavors, they are sweet on their own, but if you like to experiment a little, and make a sweet teriyaki- just add some honey or brown sugar.
