2. The Ribbonizer has 2 blades for different cut sizes. To change the blade being used, pull to detach the green part, rotate it 180 degrees, insert it back and make sure it clicks in snugly.

3. Use the tiny brush to unclog the Ribbonizer if the core of the vegetable accumulates in the center. Wash by hand or in the dishwasher.
