Dominic Casey was the first private investigator for the defense and, the only investigator for Casey Anthony (individually) and her family’s interest.
Because of attorney misconduct, Casey Anthony was able to pursue a Fraudulent Defense, Indigency and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. There was no defense fund!!
In a deposition with the State Attorney on Monday March 28, 2011 at 2:14pm. the defense foolishly waived privilege with me and for the sole purpose of implicating me, accusing George Anthony and Roy Kronk for the disposal of Caylee Marie Anthony’s body.
This case was not about forensics-it was about common sense. In the afternoon of Monday June 16, 2008 Casey Anthony murdered Caylee in the family’s back yard, above ground pool. She left the residence with Caylee’s body hidden in the trunk of her car where it remained for the next four days.
Five days later, Casey dumped Caylee’s body down inside of an overgrown, swampy lot amongst bags of garbage and debris.
