The adjustable bar is slightly contoured to better fit your wrist and the 5mm holes easily fit 7 strand 550 paracord, making them great for paracord bracelets/projects. The multiple holes in the bar allow for adjustable length bracelets. The shackles measure 1.5" at the shortest setting to 2" at the longest. Shackles come in packs of: 1 Shackle, 3 Shackles, or 5 Shackles, choose from drop down menu above. One Shackle consists of an adjustable bar, knurled screw pin and D-Shackle, all made of stainless steel. Bracelet shown not included. Don't overlook these shackles.
