The flashlight container is mailed empty without fuel inside of it. Fuel NOT Included and must be filled with regular Butane Lighter Fluid. LED battery light is already installed. To get the Flash Light to work Press the Small Circle Gauge Down (located near the top of the bottle.) Butane Lighter Fluid Fuel needs to be added to the bottom of the bottle.
