The Kids Sun Chaser Cap goes from cap to cape in no time flat.  The design has secure buttons around the crown that allow the wearer to snap on or off the cape and changing the look and feel to a ball cap.  It's also UPF 50+ so the protection is always there - just remember the cape doesn't make them fly, but it is going to bounce the suns rays off of them.
