The LockDown Defender Bands (TM) are resistance bands that will help build speed, strength, endurance, and conditioning while doing what you normally do on the basketball court. Basketball coaches can have their players wear the bands while doing defensive drills to improve lateral quickness. Each set comes with 5 pairs of resistance bands ranging from 10 to 50 lbs of resistance. A drawstring bag is included to keep your LockDown bands in. The bands are worn on the thighs or the ankles. Since you can wear them on the thighs you can still dribble the basketball between your legs or behind the back without them getting in the way. The bands are also great for wearing during exercise videos like P90X, T25, Body Beast, or Insanity. You can really make P90X and the other workouts harder by wearing them while working out. These are also great resistance bands for walking and burning more calories.
