Using Steps:
*Spray the rings with cooking oil. (Make sure there is no water on the rings.)
*Preheat your pan.(important)
*Heat the ring at least 10 seconds in the pan.(important)
*When heating the rings you can spun them around a few times to kind of seal the bottom.
*Press the ring slightly with two fingers a few seconds when putting the mixture inside.
*Pour your food mixture into the ring ...for food that expand. Don't pour/ fill above the small inner ledge.
*Wait your food for cooking.
*Jiggle/waggle the handle to see if the ring wants to come loose.*When the ring wants to come loose, take it off.
*You can flip food over to cook the upper side.
