Our shredders are manufactured by a multi-generational woodworking shop in Europe. No laminates, plywood or nails are used in the construction. We utilize hardwood boards, screws, finger joints and grooves as well as three stainless steel preadjusted blades to create a durable, heirloom quality product perfect for your next family sauerkraut making project.
