Blend or Mash food to a squishy consistency.

Pour pureed food directly into the tank (you can also mash and blend inside the tank using the Masher/Plunger or use other soft foods like yogurt and applesauce).

Slowly depress the plunger to Fill the pouches with pureed food. Be careful not to overfill your pouches.

When pouch is full, remove and cap it and place another empty pouch on the spout and fill.

Store your Squooshi snacks for later or squeeze right away! Enjoy!
