Ellie Greenwich is easily one of the most recognizable songwriting names of the 60s. Along with Jeff Barry, Tony Powers and others, she crafted songs that are as familiar today as when first issued in that golden decade. Songs such as 'Leader Of The Pack', 'Be My Baby', 'Da Doo Ron Ron', 'Chapel Of Love' and 'Do Wah Diddy Diddy' (with the extra 'Diddy' courtesy of Manfred Mann). Finally, we include 7 top quality demo tracks, sung by the great lady herself, giving the fans the opportunity to see what a fine singer Ellie was.
