The mini 4", small 5", and medium 6" pliers work on rings up to 1/2" diameter and up to 10g. The large 7" and x-large 8" pliers work on rings 5/8" and larger. However, for rings 4g and above, please choose the xx-large 10" pliers regardless of the diameter of the ring. The 4" and 5" pliers have small cylindrical ends for use with small diameter rings. Protect rings with a soft cloth to avoid scratching the finish on your jewelry.
