on it and pull it taut. The basics of adjusting is to find your proper length and cut the "rope"
part of it and re-attach the stops that's the part that is inside the handles. This means that

How to adjust the length of the rope
You start by removing the black cap from the handle and pulling some of the rope past the
metal grommet that holds it in place. This is easy but require a very light squeeze with a
pair of pliers to loosen the grommet and then another squeeze to tighten it a bit. It will
have two metal grommets in each handle
