Patented lag stud is used on one side of a cable railing applications. Stud is used on straight run with a RailEasy Tensioner to ensure cable tautness. LH and RH threads are available. Installation involves pre-drilling of posts and requires only simple hand tools. GRADE: 316L STAINLESS STEEL
- The RailEasy Lag Stud is Right Hand Thread version. For Left Hand Thread version, refer to C0980-L004-2
- The Lag Stud is a "fixed end" option that is lag screwed into the wood post (or solid wood structure) and mechanically swaged onto the cable end using wrenches
- Designed for use in short straight runs, NOT for use on cable sections greater than 25 ft
- Must always be used with a RailEasy Tensioner at the opposite end of the cable run to ensure cable tautness
