Also known as 'candy mint', Peppermint oil's popular fragrance finds its way into many soaps and toiletries. Add few drops on a wet washcloth to freshen up and energize. Add few drops of Peppermint oil in a spray bottle of distilled water to refresh the air or mist around the face to stay awake and alert while studying. For a cooling body lotion, add 6 drops of Peppermint to 1 oz. unscented body lotion. And don't forget your feet! Put 4 drops into a foot bath and soak. On a hot summer's day, add 3 drops in shampoo to feel the cooling effect while in shower.
