USE FOR MAKING: hot or ice cold brewing coffee, loose tea, nut milks (almond milk, coconut milk...) celery juice, nut cheese, tofu, vegetable bouillon. Also, shopping or storing produce.
VANILLA ALMOND MILK RECIPE
1/2 cup - almonds, soaked (min. 6 hours)
2-3 cups - water
A few - dates pitted or stevia (optional)
1 - Vanilla bean (seeds only) or vanilla extract
1)Blend well all ingredients in a blender
2)Pour all the liquid to the nut milk bag and squeeze liquid into container
Storage: store almond milk in a glass container in fridge for a few days or freezer for a few months
Pulp uses: add about 1/4% of almond pulp in your regular recipes of cookies, bread, pancakes, pizza crust...
