Q1: How long can this bulb last? Some review mentioned that there is quality issue.
A1: The defective rate is less than 1% in the past 12 months reviewing the data from Amazon and our physical store. As the manufacturer, Mooncolour insists on using high quality material and techniques. Each bulb has to pass the non-stopping 48 hours' test for on-sale. There is out-bound check as well to make sure each bulb functions before we ship it to our customers. It is worthy noting that the performance of the bulbs may be impacted by environmental aspects as unstable voltage, current, uncompatible socket, etc. In case there is quality issue, which is not caused by intentional damage, Mooncolour will provide 12 months' warranty on resend or refund.

Q2: How will you ship the bulbs?
A2: The glass used for the bulb is unbreakable polymethyl methacrylate. The bulb is placed in the hard plastic shape which is kept diagonally in the box.

Q3: What is the color temperature and how bright is the bulb? Will it flicker? Where these bulbs usualy are used?
A3: The colour temperature is 2700. The new 4W LED lights are as bright as new tranditional 40W incandescent bulbs. Once it is turned on, the bulbs will continue to glow without flickering. The bulbs serve well for home decoration.
