Flash Modes: 1. All LED are constantly on. No flash 2. Single alternately fast strobe 3. Quick flash all panels four times, then repeat 4. Quick flash all panels eight times, then repeat 5. Each panel alternately slow flash 6. Scan from left to right, and then right to left flash back (Knight Rider lights) 7. Scan from left to right single block by block (Traffic Advisor) 8. Scan from right to left single block by block (Traffic Advisor) 9. Flash from right to left block by block until all panels light up (Traffic Advisor) 10. Flash from left to right block by block until all panels light up (Traffic Advisor) 11. Scan from center block panel to out block panel (Traffic Advisor) 12.
