- Cold compress to treat injection pain, reduce swelling, nerve pain, headaches, migraines, or minor burns and insect bites.
- Use as a hot pack to improve blood flow and relieve tension, knots, joint pain, stiffness, muscle cramps, or bruises.
- Just store in freezer for gel ice pack. Gel stays flexible when frozen. NOTE: Gel will freeze hard in subzero freezers. Let it thaw for a few seconds to soften and apply as needed.
- Place in microwave for 20 seconds at a time for hot pack. Do not overheat.
- Therapeutic treatment up to 20 minutes.
