Instructions are printed on the pack. Our packs heat up to 130 degrees in only 3 seconds, are portable (take them anywhere), and don't require electricity.
The Snappy Heat 6"x9" heating pack is designed to fit almost any part of the body and includes a hook & loop belt that is trimmable to size: waist, legs, arms, knees, elbow, etc. The belt straps can be permanently removed and the 6"x9" pack applied as a hand-held compress with 53.44 sq. inches of heating surface.
