How to brew Tea :
1. Pour some hot water into your tea pot then toss it to warm the pot;
2. Take your water off the heat as soon as it begins to boil. Let it sit for 2 minutes off of the heat (at around 80 to 90 degrees Celsius);
3. Add your jasmine dragon tea directly to the pot or to an infuser that you put in your teapot;
4. Pour the water into your teapot;
5. Pour your tea into tea cups and drink.
