Answer:The waistband is the fabric has a slight stretch to it so you can either wear it on your natural waist, or closer to your hips.

Question: What are the dimensions of this item?
Answer 1: I have a 29" waist and I wear this on the tighter button and I still have breathing room.
Answer 2: I am a size 16, and I ordered the xl. It does fit, although its a little snug but I expected that.
Answer 3: I am 5'4", about 105lbs and I got the medium.
Answer 4: Bought a size XL and I wear a 14. It fits perfectly. I'm 5'8' and the length is just below the knees.


This is a great simple, basic skirt in pretty prints at a very accessible price point.
