These are not sterile, are not sharp, and are not for the purpose of hypodermic injection. Our manufactured blunt tip needles provide a smooth, burr-free needle edge to prevent damage or injuries. The lower the needle gauge, the larger the needle. For very thick fluid applications use a low gauge needle.
