The following should be taken into consideration when trouble shooting the camera:  1. Contact the DVR manufacturer prior to or after purchasing the camera to confirm compatibility of the camera to the DVR 2. Make sure all connections have been made properly including the video cable portion and the power portion as there are two parts to the camera. 3. In the case the video is blurry, make sure that all foreign objects have been removed from the lens including the original plastic cover. 4. Make sure that you are using compatible 720p-compatible cables as anything less than that may not produce the best images or any image at all.
