This adapter is designed to connect to the top of a standard paint pole and turn it into a very long monopod. Adapter is made of CNC machined aluminum with an anodized black finish and has a 1/4 - 20 male stud with a rubber pad. Great for use on short poles to shoot your outdoor adventure or on a very long pole to get nice overhead shots at big events. Real estate pictures will have a completely different look. You'll be able to achieve some interesting camera angles from high up at a very affordable price. You can use this with a small ball head, use to mount some accessories or directly with a lightweight camera. To mount a GoPro or microphone, adapters with a 1/4 female thread might be necessary. We tested and it works on poles such as Mr LongArm, Wooster, Shur-Line, Total-Reach, Quickie, Carrand. Pole and cameras are not included.
