From 1885-2015, Bicycle is celebrating 130 years of playing cards. The Wheel No. 1 card back design was originally introduced in 1887. This was one of the first few designs used under the Bicycle brand name. This design was available in red, blue, green, and brown. It remained in print until 1907, when the three-pronged symbol in the center was replaced with a 4-pronged symbol that made the card symmetrical.
