FAQ and Troubleshooting: 1. Why is my radio speaker automatically shut down upon start?
Running out of battery. Recharge for 2-3 hours.
2. Why is the speaker soundless?
Check whether the volume function is disabled and check the volume.
3. Why does my radio speaker not react when I press the buttons?
Turn off and restart the radio again to see whether the key functions are restored
4. Why my radio speaker fails to play music?
The radio player fails to recognize the storage path of the MP3 files. Move the files to the root path of the speaker. (You can plug in your Micro TF card to play MP3 Music)
