The Boat House was inspired by our love of red, white and blue. We have always wanted to do an American, Fourth of July type collection, but hesitated because it obviously wouldn't appeal to our foreign friends. So while we stuck to American flag colors (with the addition of our favorite aqua blue), The Boat House is much more nautical than it is patriotic. But that's not to say we can't make a red, white and blue quilt for our favorite summer holiday. We don't have a favorite print, the entire collection may be our favorite one we have ever designed. Try just the navy and aqua for a stunning boy's quilt. And, no, we don't have a lake, boat or boat house. But we can always dream!
