The recommended shelf life for your Citrus Zinger creations is three days, if refrigerated.Each batch of fresh ingredients can be reused to make up to two Zings (56 oz).To clean, discard used ingredients and clean with hot water and soap or put in the top rack of your dishwasher before creating a new Zing.Unscrew the bottom cup of the Zinger, flip the vessel upside-down, and press a citrus half into the reamer.
