There is a knob exists at a side of the buckle, the knob is used for fastening and releasing the belt body.
Belt buckle and belt body are removable and interchangeable for size-adjusting and reuse.
If you are unaware of your own size, you could choose a size larger, and adjust the size.
[Way of adjusting]:
Step 1: Turn over the locking portion at the backside of the belt buckle;
Step 2: Remove the belt body from the belt buckle;
Step 3: Cut the belt body at the connecting end;
Step 4: Insert the connecting end of the belt body after cut into the connecting portion of the belt buckle;
Step 5: Close the locking portion.
