The first arranger of Vivaldis concertos was Vivaldi himself, and Julian Lloyd Webbers new versions on this recording reflect the composers pragmatic attitude and zest for experiment. Vivaldis Concerto in G minor RV 531 is his only original concerto for two cellos.
