This award-winning brewer. Modern design allows you to brew your tea with complete ease. Upper portion is used for brewing and separates drinkable tea from leaves. When you are ready to drink, top and bottom separate easily leaving you with a perfect brew.
1. Place tea leaves into the inner pot, we recommend a minimum of 2 heaped teaspoonfuls for the 500ml, and for the 1000ml teapots.
2. Add water at the correct temperature and cover.
3. Infuse for 1 ? minutes and press the button on the cover to let tea be filtered and flow out.
4. Remove the inner cup. While you serve tea from the outer pot you can continue to brew tea in the inner cup, simply add water from the same kettle- do not reboil. This infusion can be practised successfully 3 times with 1 charge of leaves.
