This high quality, European made, dual metric/SAE (inches) diameter tape measure is ideal for measuring diameter, circumference, bodies (anthropometry), forestry, logging, small trees, and pipes. The white enameled flexible steel blade measures lenth in inches and centimeters on the top side, and shows the corresponding diameter on the bottom side. Note that the dual system measurement is a unique feature, but does result in a slightly wider blade than some other diameter tape measures, 10mm vs 6mm. If you only need metric or inches/feet, you may prefer a model with a thinner blade.
