Ingredients: Swiss Emmental & Gruyere cheese 50% (cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt and enzyme), white wine, water, corn starch, Kirsch brandy, salt, melting salts (sodium phosphate, sodium polyphosphate), spices.
Instructions: Cut bread into cubes. Open the pouch and pour the contents into a fondue pot or pan. Bring the fondue quickly to boil. Stir continuously. Season to taste. To serve, place the fondue pot over a sterno or burner and keep the fondue at a boiling point. An electric fondue pot can also be used. Stick bread cubes on a fork, dip into the fondue and enjoy it.
Recommended: Boiled potatoes, crunchy vegetables or pieces of fruit in place of bread.
