To find your correct size bend your elbow to approximately 45 degrees and measure directly over the joint. When ordering two sleeves for each elbow take measurements on both elbows and use the average of the results. Size small fits an elbow circumference of 8 inches to 9 1/2 inches. Size medium fits an elbow circumference of 9 1/2 inches to 11 inches. Size large fits an elbow circumference of 11 inches to 12 inches.
