Not High Tea - High Cheese!
The Cheese Tower was inspired by high tea! You may recognize the tiered design, commonly used for bonbons and sandwiches. But did you know that tea and cheese is actually a great combination too? Maintenance
Disassemble the Cheese Tower before cleaning. The slate tiers are dishwasher safe. Slate is a naturally porous substance that can appear stained after use. Simply give the whole board a rub of mineral oil, and then wash it in the dishwasher or by hand. The wooden stand is not dishwasher safe - clean it only by hand. A monthly rub of mineral oil will keep the wood looking great.
