ABUS 4 DRAWER FILE LOCKING BAR-GRAY-with COBALT 7/64" DRILL BIT INCLUDED

This Abus 4 drawer file locking bar is 46" long. Measure the height of your filing cabinet to confirm that this is the size you need. The bar needs to be slightly shorter than your filing cabinet and as long as it covers a portion of the top and bottom drawer it will work.

Easy to install. The bar screws into the 1/2" frame on the left or right side of the drawers. We supply a cobalt drill bit with this bar to make your job easier. You won't have to run to the hardware store, everything you need for installation is supplied.

THIS ITEM REQUIRES THE USE OF A PADLOCK. A padlock is not included, but we recommend the use of an Abus 55/40 padlock, Master Lock 4140 padlock, or any padlock that has a shackle diameter of 1/4" or 5/16".

Simple to use! The file bar swings out of the way so it won't interfere with opening and closing the drawers throughout the day. It also will not obstruct the function of any adjoining file cabinets. When you're ready to lock the cabinet, just close the bar and insert a padlock at the top.
