This 10" Overture Tambourine uses a Remo Renaissance synthetic head, which resists fluctuations in humidity that can be disastrous for calf heads. The Remo Renaissance head maintains consistent head tension and quality of sound for the lifespan of the tambourine. The body of the Overture Series tambourine is manufactured with a 10-ply maple shell. The maple shell produces a warm, round, consistent tone. All Overture Series tambourines are custom fit with brass jingles for a bright, universal sound and perfect for a general-purpose B&O tambourine.
