The jet black organic material we use is woven in a small village by a family in India. The material is probably a bit thicker than other handkerchiefs you've tried, but our customers tell us they like their hanky 'built to last'. You'll find these organic hankies to be hard wearing, long-lasting, absorbent and soft on the nose. The material we use is strictly certified organic by Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS) standard. This high quality organic cotton is also made under fair and safe working conditions and has never been sprayed with chemicals or pesticides. These organic hankies can be washed on a permanent press cycle, dried on the line or in your tumble dryer on low or high heat and should be ironed on the cotton setting. It has not been washed or pre-shrunk, so it may shrink a little after its first wash.
