TOUCHSCREEN VIEW OF YOUR PROBES Large digits viewable from a distance. It comes with 4 thermometer probes, color-coded to match the touchscreen device and water resistant for humid smokers. Temperature inputs in the range from 0 F to 482 F. Probe settings can be set for food or chamber temperature monitors. Probes have a 6-foot wire and are stainless steel, 4" long, curved joint, pointed probes.
