The South American Falabella is one of the smallest miniature horses. The Falabella which is a mix of several miniature breeds is named after its breeder. Falabellas look similar to their ancestors and have a shiny coat and are of a slim build. These miniature horses are shown in the circus and at petting zoos. Fallabellas grow no higher than 76 centimeters. At birth the foals are only 20 cm, but within only two years they are fully grown!
