Finger Flasher Have the power to start fire with your fingertips! Will ignite flash paper or flash cotton. Just flick your thumb on the wheel and Presto! Fire at your fingertips. People will marvel at how awesome your special powers are, but of course we know its simply special effects (our little secret, only with hallowen fx props). Finger Flasher Uses either flash paper or flash cotton, with the cotton being the faster lighting. Just slide onto index finger while your second finger remains below the gimmick, the rod will rest on the middle finger supporting the gimmick.
