Post Caps are designed that they can be installed on posts with dimensions of:
7.5" x 7.5" and 8" x 8"
To install the Cap on 7.5" x 7.5" post, included spacer (liner) must be used.
For 8" x 8" post, spacer (liner) is not needed.
