Easy to Use
Simply press and hold down the TRM's power button as close as possible to your device for 5 seconds. A flashing red and blue light will indicate you are in pairing mode and you're set! With 15 hours of power on a single charge, you can use the TRM all day!

If you have an audio device that isn't Bluetooth capable, the BlueGATE is for you! Just sync with a speaker system or headset to enjoy audio at home, or use a portable Bluetooth speaker and stream while camping, tailgating, or at your next party! - To turn on the BlueGATE TRM press and hold the power button down for 3-5 seconds until the LED blinks blue once. If the BlueGATE TRM is not turning on, please try charging it for 2-3 hours. In case if the LED does not illuminate when the BlueGATE TRM is plugged in to charge, please try a different USB port. The BlueGATE TRM uses a standard Micro USB cable to charge, if it is not charging please try using a different Micro USB cable.
- For pairing issues: 1. Be sure the headset or speaker system you are trying to pair the BlueGATE TRM is turned on and in pairing mode first. 2. With your device in pairing mode, place the BlueGATE TRM in pairing mode. 3. Pairing mode is achieved by holding down the power button for 5-7 seconds until LED flashes blue and red. 4. Make sure the BlueGATE TRM and your device are within 5 meters of each other when trying to pair. 5. After about 10-15 seconds the BlueGATE TRM will automatically pair to your device. 6. Pairing is complete once both the indicators on the device and BlueGATE TRM stop flashing blue and red and only blink blue. 7. Plug the BlueGATE TRM into your desired media source and enjoy your music. 8. For best results, make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices in the immediate area, or that their Bluetooth is turned off. It's possible the BlueGATE TRM or the device you're attempting to pair to the BlueGATE TRM may try pairing to something other than each other.
