For a natural like new look simply spray onto a foam applicator pad and apply in a uniform manner to cover the tire, this will dry within a couple minutes. If you desire more gloss and protection you can give them a second coat. You can also flood the tire directly and allow soaking for a few minutes, then following up to wipe evenly.
