This BMW Z3 and M Roadster convertible top is manufactured in the USA using the original patterns and specifications to the original vehicle. Stayfast cloth from Haartz Corporation is an excellent alternative, lower cost material. It is standard on many cars and a premium quality topping. Includes a new plastic window with a very slight tint similar to the original. The window is a heavy gauge press polish for superior visibility and it is sewn into the convertible top for strength and durability. Finish trim piping is included around the outer frame of the window for that factory look. All 1998 BMW engineering design upgrades are included in this convertible top. These include adding relief pockets in the quarter panels, adding a stiffener inside above the window, and adding elastic straps above window to support the tension straps.
