This PowerWalking book updated with illustrations and photos and is written by legendary Steve Reeves who won every title in Bodybuilding and went on to stardom in the film industry. His first starring role was Hercules which made more money and saw by more people in the world then any other movie in 1959. This is a great book to get into shape and stay in shape. It has it all from Powerwalking to nutrition and exercise. Steve Reeves coined the term Powerwalking with this book appearing on many TV shows and personal appearances.
