PRODUCT: Defender Bird and Pigeon Spike Fixing Silicone is a low modulus, neutral curing adhesive. It provides high tack and high flexibility for attaching Defender Bird Spikes into position.
SUITABLE FOR: Defender Fixing Silicone has been specially formulated for fixing Defender Bird and Pigeon Anti-roosting Spikes to most surfaces including brick, timber, lead, glass, concrete, steel, plastic and most other porous and non-porous surfaces.
EASY TO USE: Only apply Defender Bird Spike Fixing Silicone to a surface that is clean, dry and free from bird droppings. We recommend that you apply a 0.3 mm -0.6 mm bead of silicone along the base of the bird spike. Push the spike down firmly on the surface, ensuring that the silicone oozes through the small holes - locking it in to position. Each tube will cover approximately 26 - 39 ft for a 0.3 x 0.3 inch bead.
HIGH QUALITY: This adhesive has a great initial grab when applied to any clean, dry porous or non-porous surface. It also has a 35 year life expectancy. We strongly recommend that you use this product as most other silicones will not stick to the base of the Defender Bird and Pigeon Spike.
